Turnaround varies depending on the severity of the damage. We aim to complete most repairs within 48 hours, though more complex work such as structural repairs or full refurbishments may require additional time. We'll always give you an estimated timeframe with your quote.

Yes, under Australian regulations. Only cracks running perpendicular to the wheel's outer edge are repairable. We'll assess your wheel and let you know if it can be safely repaired to comply with all safety standards.

Due to limited parking at our Moorabbin facility, we ask that you contact the office in advance to confirm availability. Your vehicle will remain secure during repairs. Alternatively, you can drop off just the wheels — or for trade customers, we offer a pickup and delivery service.

Unfortunately, no. Chrome-plated wheels cannot have their chrome repaired or re-applied. However, we can offer alternative finishes such as chrome shadow or high-gloss dark finishes that provide a similar aesthetic.

Yes — our trained spray painters can match your wheel's original factory finish using our O.E.M. paint line. We can also accommodate colour changes if you'd like a custom finish or want to update the look of your wheels.

Yes — we offer pickup and delivery services across Melbourne suburbs. For regional and interstate customers, we work with trusted couriers. Costs vary depending on location. Trade customers receive free metro pickup and delivery as part of their account.

We're one of the few repairers in Melbourne that strips wheels back to raw alloy and remanufactures them to OEM standard. While many repairers paint on top of existing damage — covering imperfections rather than fixing them — we chemically strip, blast and peen every wheel to bare metal before rebuilding the finish from scratch. Primer, OEM base coat, acrylic clear coat — inside and out. The result is a factory-fresh finish, not a cover-up.

Every cosmetic repair we carry out is backed by a lifetime warranty on our workmanship. Because we remanufacture wheels from raw alloy rather than painting over existing finishes, we have complete confidence in the durability and quality of our work. The warranty covers any imperfections arising from our workmanship for the life of the wheel. It does not cover damage caused after the repair — such as kerb strikes, stone chips, or general wear and tear from road use.

We don't offer rolling or structural repairs on steel wheels. However, we can paint steel wheels if you're looking to refresh their appearance.

Unfortunately, our facility is not currently equipped for motorcycle wheel repairs. We specialise exclusively in car and light commercial vehicle alloy wheels.
