Frequently Asked Questions

What wheels are repairable and what aren't.

Unfortunately we will need to visually inspect the wheels to determine if they are repairable or not. For us to access the damage of your wheel and the ability for us to repair it back to it’s original condition, please upload a photo of the wheel on our website. The link is found on the contact us section of the web site. Please leave a contact name and number.

How long does it take to fix the wheel?

This depends on what damage the wheel has sustained. If a wheel has a flat spot from a pot hole or bumps and no repainting is required, the turn around period can range from a matter of hours to a day. If the wheel requires painting in the repair process, which most wheels do, we will require the wheel for at least two working days.

Can you re-chrome wheels?

This process is currently not available in Australia.

Can you match original colour?

Yes, our trained spray painters can match wheel colours to original finish, or in some cases can change colour to suit client needs.

Can you paint chrome shadow finish to damaged wheels?

Chrome shadow wheels that have been repaired can be repainted to chrome shadow finish.

Can you pick up and deliver wheels?

Yes, we have a pick up and drop of service in the metropolitan area available. This service is only available to businesses or by arrangement. A courier service is also used for country and metropolitan, by arrangement, wheel pick-ups and drop-offs.
